Aiming at the sustainable progress in the long run, Beijing Union Pharmaceutical Factory will follow the theme of “Innovation”, keep on the management philosophy “ Industriousness and thrifty, Delicacy management”, to achieve “Progress to a higher stage by innovation， earn profits by innovation”.

On products, depending on the potent research and development superiority of Institute of Materia Medica, our factory will focus on the enrichment and extension of product lines, build Large Product Groups in cancer, liver, cardio- and cerebro-vascular disease treatments, and develop characteristic products in the therapy of chronic renal dysfunction and diabetes in the meanwhile.

On technology, our factory will build a new production base in Daxing Biopharmaceutical Industrial Base, Zhongguancun Science-based Industrial Park. We will focus on the high-tech application platforms for novel natural drugs and novel drug delivery systems.

On human resources, Beijing Union Pharmaceutical Factory will recruit people with higher levels of management and scientific skills. We will also offer the opportunities for motivated and promising staffs.  This strategy will maximize the benefits for both individuals and the factory by letting everyone do what they capable and utilize what their learned.
