In March, in accordance with the relevant notification requirements of the Beijing Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics, BUPF was included in the newly added 2024 Beijing Purchasing Managers Survey Sample Enterprises.

The Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) is a widely used macroeconomic monitoring indicator both domestically and internationally, and is an important leading indicator for measuring economic development. The PMI survey method is to fill out the questionnaire through the National Statistics Network Direct Reporting Portal every month. The manufacturing sector survey content mainly includes the qualitative judgment of the purchasing (or supply) managers of the enterprises on the production, ordering, procurement, price, inventory, personnel, supplier distribution, procurement methods, market expectations, etc. of the enterprise.
