The Quality Control Center of BUPF (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is an institution authorized by the legal representative of BUPF to provide technical services for drug testing and determination. Since its establishment on May 8, 2023, the Center has been committed to the refined and quality service for drug testing and determination with exquisite specialized skills.

The Center has owned a team of 28 professionals. Among them, 14% have master’s degree or above, and 46% obtain senior and intermediate professional technical titles. In March 2024, the Center successfully passed the authoritative accreditation of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate covering 42 parameters including physical, chemical, and microbiological tests. On this basis, the Center will continue to promote technique upgrading to ensure the accuracy of every test report.

The Center covers an area of approximately 2000 square meters and consists of two functional areas: A physical and chemical laboratory test area and a microbiological test area. Equipped with precision analytical instruments such as high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer, UV-visible spectrophotometer, total organic carbon analyzer, moisture analyzer, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay reader, and fully automatic dissolution tester.

In the digital age, the Center applies digital technology to empower and carry out full-process and all-round quality management. By introducing the LIMS electronic system, the entire process from reagent collection, instrument data collection to result determination and report issuance has been electronically managed. The application of networked chromatography workstations and documentation system of DMS has further strengthened the security of instrument management and document control. The Center has also built a highly reliable and secure IT infrastructure to ensure the integrity and security of electronic data.

The Center always gives high priority to the construction of quality management system, strictly abides by the relevant national and industrial standards, introduces and masters advanced testing techniques and methods. Through the mechanism of continuous internal audits, management reviews and external supervision and inspections, it optimizes the testing process, improves the testing capabilities, and contributes to the company’s high-quality development.
